• Slide your mouse (without clicking) over entry fields until you see 4 arrows
• Hint: Your arrows may fall on a line, if that happens do not click, continue to maneuver your mouse
• Click and you will see a text box (as below), type within that box Start keying...DO NOT CLICK UNTIL INFORMATION IS ENTERED.  Click outside the field when you have completed entering information and the text box will disappear. 
   
• There are no text boxes in the sections with tables.  You are able to key in the information by clicking within the blank cell. (Hint: Use the tab key to maneuver from cell to cell.)

• It is a good idea to save the completed application to your local hard drive.  You may then print and mail to the above address or email the document as an attachment to:  Superintendent Mrs. Lynn M. Roy
