than other crayons. (Watch for summer sales on boxes of 24.)

*Backpack or book bag large enough to carry your folders back and forth to school every day
(No rolling bag please since they do not fit in the lockers.)
*Children's metal Fiskar scissors- We do a lot of cutting the Fiskar scissors work the best.
They are also more durable.
* A school box 
*Box of 12 Crayola colored pencils
* Box of 12 fine tip Crayola markers

Parents, please label each item with your child's name and bring them to school on

First Grade
*Pencils #2 lead ( a good supply) 
NO MECHANICAL PENCILS OF HAND HELD SHARPENERS, PLEASE
*An extra eraser (a big pink one)
*3 boxes of 8 Crayons (Crayola as the colors are truer.)
*Glue --bottle of white glue and 2 glue sticks (no colored glue, please)
*Fiskar's scissors 
*Rectangular school box
*Backpack
*1 big box of Kleenex to be shared with the class
*$5.00 for National Geographic Young Explorer subscription and a
water bottle that will be purchased by your teacher.
               *20 pennies, 8 nickels, 10 dimes, and 1 quarter in a Ziploc bag. (These will be used for Saxon Math.)
No other notebooks, folders, paper or supplies are needed. We will supply each student with a water bottle.

**Parents please make sure any money sent to school is in an envelope and
clearly marked with the child's name and what the money is to be used for.

Second Grade
Please, put your name on, and bring the following items on the first day of school.

FOR NEW TO OUR DISTRICT STUDENTS ONLY

Ruler (that has inches and millimeters both)
Onr flash drive for saving computer files
that is 2-5GB (gigabyte)


Note: Large 3-ring notebooks will not be allowed in class due to the fact
that they take up to much room in your desk. 
If they are brought to school, I will ask they be taken home.
Each fifth grader will be given a homework agenda in which to write down
their daily assignments at no charge.
