Drawing & Painting is an advanced elective course for students who have taken Studio in Art and wish to continue building a 5 unit sequence in art.  Drawing & Painting is divided into two parts, Drawing & Painting 1 and Drawing & Painting 2. In Drawing & Painting students work with advanced problems in drawing, painting, 2D and 3D design, and art history.  Students are also required to complete a required weekly sketchbook assignment that counts as 30 percent of their 6 week grade. Students must take a full year of Studio in Art in order to take Drawing & Painting.
