Espaņol III
This course completes the sequence for NYS credit in Languages Other Than
English.
Students completing the course will take the NYS Comrehensive Regent's
Examination in Spanish.
Students completing the course may choose to continue on to Spanish IV and
Spanish V.
Continuing on to at least level IV is encouraged for anyone who is
college-bound as it will eliminate the need to take a "General
Education" language course at the college level.

With a partner, choose 2 recipes (one from the English section and one from
the Spanish section).
Make the 2 recipes at home, videotaping yourselves in the kitchen, making the
tapas, and explaining what you are doing (en espaņol). You may read from notes.
Bring your "tapas" to class to share and show the video.
