Spring Into Fitness

In honor of a much-anticipated spring, The Fitness Center is having a campaign entitled, “Spring into Fitness”.  This is designed to motivate and educate participants as well as promote fitness and our facility.  The campaign will run for 3 weeks during public hours, 5:30 – 9:00 starting next Monday, March 6.

Seven topics will be highlighted during the campaign, three of which are videos.  Below are links to posters explaining each topic and a calendar for the campaign.

Whether you have been working out for a long time, have done so sparingly, or have never even been in The Fitness Center, there is something here for you!
