Creating A Stocksquest Account

1.     Go to Mr. Stein Online and follow the STOCKS link next to the ECONOMICS button.   

2.     In the left margin, follow the “Sign-Up” link.

3.     Fill out the required information fields.  When choosing a username note that it can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores (_).  NO SPACES!!!!  You will need to REMEMBER the Username and password you’ve submitted!  WRITE THEM DOWN!

4.     When you have completed the form click the submit button to create your user account.

5.     A page should open that says User Created Successfully.  Follow the login link provided.

6.     Login to your newly created account! 

7.     Just above your name in StockQuest’s welcoming message is a tab entitled “Join A Class”….click it!

8.       Complete the required field with the following:

Class Name:  MWCSspring08

Password:    bestclass

9.     After submitting the information a page should open that says Group Joined Successfully.  Follow the link  back to the My Stocks account page.

10.  You will notice a “Madrid Waddington” link has now

      appeared in the middle left margin.  EVERY TIME you log in, you

      must follow this link in order to get into your class account.  Follow it

      now.

        If you find your account has $100,000.00 rather than $10,000.00 you did not follow this link!!!
