Homework and Projects

·        Write all assignments in student agenda.

·        It is YOUR responsibility to get assignments when you are absent.  All missed assignments are to be made up in a timely fashion. Frequent absenteeism will lower your grade.

·        Incomplete homework will result in the student being sent into the hall if we are going over the answers and the work will be made up during lunch or the detention period. If you still do not have the work completed by the next day you will not be allowed in class.  You will be sent to the office. It must be completed and you will receive a reduced grade.

·        Neatness counts!  Write both your first and last name on assignments.  Assignments on loose leaf must also include the date and page number or topic of assignment.  Written work must be legible or it will have to be redone.

Quizzes/Tests

·        Write upcoming quizzes/tests in student agenda.

·        Be prepared for the occasional pop quiz.

·        All quizzes/tests must be made up in a timely fashion.

·        Quizzes will be given frequently and grades will be recorded.

·        Students who receive a failing grade can request to schedule a make up test to replace the failing grade (unless the retest is a lower grade).
