Fire Safety

The kindergarteners learned quite a bit from our Madrid and Waddington Volunteer Fire Departments.  Each year a large group of firefighters come to MWCS to help all the students learn about fire safety and prevention.  I know that they make a difference.  The children love to see the fire equipment.  I am so glad that they get the opportunity to see and hear a firefighter in his or her turnout gear so they wouldn't be frightened and hide during a fire.
