Fire Safety

During Fire Safety Week, we had some very special guests.  Firefighter from both Madrid and Waddington came to visit.  They shared very important information with us.  We saw a real fire truck and later, made a fire truck snack to enjoy in our classroom

We read stories about lions, ladybugs and  "A Little Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly".

Our class has been observing the life cycle of the 

Monarch butterfly.  We learned the 4 stages -

egg - caterpillar - chrysalis - butterfly

What excitement!
