Mrs. Weaver’s Grading Policy

2009-2010 School Year

The overall grades will be split up into three categories:

1. Homework ---- 15%

2.  Quizzes-------- 35%

3.  Tests ----------- 50%

*** There will be a final project which will be graded as a test grade and also possible small projects throughout the year.

Homework:

Each homework will be graded on the following criteria:

+ = Completed, neat, and at least 90% correct.

= Missing one problem, neat and at least 70% correct.

-  =  Missing more than one problem, not neat, and less than 70% correct.

0 =  No homework turned in, cannot be read, more than half of the assignment not complete.

*** ALL HOMEOWORK IS TO BE ON YOUR DESK AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CLASS WHEN IT IS DUE.

*** ALL WORK IN MY CLASS, UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE, IS TO BE DONE IN

      PENCIL!!!

If Absent…..you will have 3 days after your return to make up any back work.  Please see me as soon as you return.  I WILL NOT COME LOOKING FOR YOU.
