| Physical education classes are based on a six
day schedule. All classes are 40 minutes in length.. Some of the curriculum topics
include tumbling. rhythm and dance, loco motor movement activities, low
organizational games, lead-up for team games, physical fitness activities,
hand-eye coordination, foot-eye coordination, and striking objects with
implement activities. In 2005 we added Project Adventure activities to the
curriculum and the students have really enjoyed the new challenges. | WALKING
WEDNESDAY
Our students and staff are
participating in a walking program to promote fitness. Each Wednesday
afternoon the students and staff walk around the school's perimeter together
as a school. School spirit and exercise is experienced by all!
