Personal Health and Fitness

A- The student is able to perform all fundamental skills. The student applies concepts of game, sport, and exercise taught and fully understands their application  in formal game, sport, or exercise settings. The student understands the relationship between physical activity and well being. The student is able to complete basic motor skills, manipulative skills, and mature motor patterns.

B- The student has a grasp on most of the concepts used for game, sport, or exercise and can perform them. The student needs some assistance to complete basic motor skills, manipulative skills, and mature motor patterns. The student understands the relationship between physical activity and well being.

C- The student has some grasp on the concepts used for game, sport, or exercise and can perform them. The student needs reminders and additional directions from the teacher to complete skills. The student sometimes has difficulty understanding the relationship between physical activity and well being.

D- The student is unable to perform skills without verbal and physical reminders from the teacher. The student has difficulty understanding the relationship between physical activity and well being.
