Have a great summer, everyone!
To those students entering first grade next year, I look forward to meeting you! Please bring the following items to school with you on the first day of school.
1. pencils--#2 lead (a good supply) NO MECHANICAL PENCILS OR HAND HELD SHARPENERS, PLEASE!
2. an extra eraser (a big pink one)
3. 3 boxes of 8 crayons (Crayola, as the colors are truer)
4. glue--bottle of white glue and 2 glue sticks (NO COLORED GLUE, PLEASE!)
5. Fiskar's scissors
6. rectangular schoolbox
7. backpack
8. box of kleenex
9. $2.40 for your National Geographic Young Explorer subscription
10. 20 pennies, 8 nickels, 10 dimes, and 1 quarter in a Ziploc bag. These will be used for Saxon Math.
No other notebooks, folders, paper, or supplies are needed. I will supply a water bottle for each student.
Parents: Please make sure that any money sent to school is in an envelope and is clearly marked with your child's name and what the money is to be used for. Thank you!
