HyperCam will capture the action and sound from any part of the Windows desktop and save it as a standard AVI movie file. You can capture cursor movements, menu selections, windows popping up, and everything else you see on the screen. The program correctly handles colour palette changes if recording in 256 colour mode. You can pan the recorded area around the screen. HyperCam can also be controlled remotely by Automation client software. The program allows optional annotation of recorded movies with popup text boxes and optional sound, with choices for recording quality. Great for software tutorials, presentations, demonstrations etc. Features include system-wide hot keys to start, pause, stop recording, and to snap single frames, multiple video compression choices, integrated playback buttons, command line options, frame rate, compression, and key frame choices, automatically incrementing file names for captures, optional "starburst" recording on mouse click, customised for size, colour and duration, and much more.
