Burn a movie to DVD for playback on your TV at home

            Note:  Some DVD players may not read the file.  Try it before you give it as a gift!

1)      Save Photo Story into a window media file format.

a.       Use the lst screen of the Photo Story wizard to so this

2)      Open Premier Elements

3)      Click the “add media” button on the upper left screen

4)      Select the .wmv file

5)      It will look like a black square

6)      Drag the black square down to the 00.0 point on the timeline

a.       The presentation should come in

b.      Try it to verify all files present by clicking the play control in the center screen

7)      Go to File

a.       Export

1)      Export ot DVD (make sure that a blank DVD in in the drive before you so this)

8)      Burn to DVD window

a.       Take defaults, make sure it’s on USA TV standards, fit to disk, looking for the DVD drive (usually F)

b.      Give the disk a name

c.       Click BURN

9)      Takes a long time, depending on the length of the presentation

10)  WATCH FOR ERROR MESSAGES!  RESTART BURN

a.       Try removing your flash derive at this point and going to file export again
