Art

A big THANKS to Adam Huckle and Patti Van Patten for all of their artistic contributions. I am truly lucky to have two great artists working on this project. Together they have managed to create some remarkable scenery to accompany this year's set. In addition to his time spent designing and painting, Mr. Huckle has also done a first rate job facilitating the development of this year's poster and playbill. Thanks again, everything looks wonderful!

Costuming and Props

After all the sets are constructed and painted, and all the cast members are ready to perform, both need to be dressed up. When it comes to adding that touch of realism to our stage, no one does it better then Trudy Ryan and her team of dedicated props managers. Putting the right clothes on a cast of 47 is no easy task either. Over the last year Robin McNamara, Cathy Shoen, and Lori Macintosh have done an incredible job of revitalizing our costume department. These women have worked tirelessly to give all of our cast members a distinct look and have been great at accommodating my ever-changing wants and needs. Thank you so much for your time, patience, and unwavering dedication to this show.

Hairstyles and Make-Up

To be surrounded by the nervous energy of the make-up room is truly an intoxicating experience. Our hair and make-up crew have only a few hours to ready 47 faces to go out under the lights and they do an amazing job! Once again, this year's cast and crew have been able to depend on Jack Smith and Chris LaMere to insure make-up and hair is done with a touch of professionalism. Additionally, we've had the good fortune of Michelle Putney's return to the make-up room this year. It is hard to imagine the buzz of the dressing room without these veterans insuring high spirits and high quality. Thanks again for everything you do!

Student Help

After everything is nailed and screwed together (most times even before!) these sets need to be painted, moved, maintained, fixed, and cleaned. The list of students who put time into this aspect of the show in one way or another is certainly too long to mention. It is actually quite overwhelming just how many students come to me in the course of a day asking if I need something done. Your willingness to help has not gone without notice and is perhaps the most necessary ingredient when producing something of this magnitude. Thank you, all of you, you are all part of this accomplishment.
