Dedication

Spring is the season of rejuvenation and rebirth.  Every year our musical productions bring our communities together with a singular goal in mind.  Providing the next generation with an indescribable experience that will inspire them to grow and flourish.  Kathy Hubbard has spent her career as one of our most dedicated and constant gardeners and so it is fitting that she will be given then "Little Shop of Horrors" dedication.

For twenty-five years Kathy has been that special someone providing the magic behind the music of Madrid-Waddington's musical performances.  She has become and irreplaceable presence and envisioning our world without her touch is impossible.  Since 1975, Kathy has committed countless hours to promoting and insuring quality theatre at Madrid-Waddington High School.  Her pit orchestras are among the best in Northern New York and her musical talent commands the respect of all who have the good fortune to work in her company.

For three decades, Kathy has been working to make all of our lives a little better.  The students of Madrid-Waddington Central have been privy to a higher level of music education than can be found in  most small schools and in turn our community has been able to enjoy the fruits of that education.  Countless concerts, Stardust performances, and of course spring musicals have not only given us great music, but have allowed us to witness Kathy's incredible versatility and creativity.

As I write this dedication it becomes apparent just how much my own life has been cultivated by "Hub" and how so many of my branches I owe to her attention.  I could never have continued this program without the very best musical director and my favorite teacher helping me along the way.  You've given us all so much sunlight; we hope you enjoy many more years of watching us "Grow For You".

                    Sincerely,
