The goal has always been to in some way emulate the magic of Broadway here at Madrid-Waddington and doing that takes an incredible backstage crew to keep the show moving no matter what! Over the years stage crews at Madrid-Waddington have executed some of the most challenging transitions without the use of complex technology and have given us all a sampling of Broadway's mystique.  This year's crew has kept that tradition alive and done so with an incredible amount of direction, purpose, and pride.
