Madrid-Waddington High has earned a reputation for academic excellence. Our school offers a variety of academic and co-curricular experiences to meet the needs of the student body. The curriculum is rich, offering a range of rigorous courses, including college credit and advanced placement classes. Students are encouraged to sample the variety of electives in the arts, foreign language, and technology, as well as the opportunity to pursue technical education at our local BOCES (Board of Cooperative Education)
Career and Technical Education Center.

Over 75% of our graduates go on to
two- and four-year colleges and universities, with some admitted to the most prestigious schools in the country. Average SAT scores consistently exceed both national and state averages.
Madrid-Waddington regularly produces students who qualify for National Merit Scholarships and New York
