Good morning, a huge thank you to all students and parents for your patience and cooperation as we worked through the contact tracing process. Although there is certainly an educational impact on the students who are quarantined we are grateful to all involved for the diligent adherence to our safety protocols as the potential exposure was well contained.
As it stands today we are able to make the decision to have elementary students return to in-person instruction on Tuesday, January 19. Students who have been contacted by either the school or public health to quarantine will remain remote until the end of their quarantine.
All materials for remote learners were delivered this morning. Any remote students wishing to take part in our Tuesday meal service should submit a request form on the District website under COVID resources.
The community’s continued vigilance with regards to following protocols and staying home when ill will hopefully allow us to continue with our in-person model. The common dedication of all faculty, staff, parents, and students to take all necessary measures to keep our doors open five days a week has been more than impressive.
