We are busy continuing our plans for educational engagement with our students during this COVID-19 closing. By the end of the week, every student and family will begin receiving regular direct communication from their teacher(s) regarding learning activities. Depending on the subject and grade level this may take on many forms. Teachers of students with disabilities will also be in regular contact to remotely work with their students.
Much will be offered online, however, we are prepared to have paper copies for all students with no internet access at home. For those with internet access but no device, we are preparing Chromebooks to be loaned to students as well. A call center is being established tomorrow, 3/18 for parents to call in if their children will either need a Chromebook or paper copies. The number to use will be 315 322-5746 ext. 221.
As a reminder meal distribution will begin next Monday and we will have the building open tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. -5:30 p.m. (extended hours) for students to gather necessary items.
